Alex Hotchin’s new “Guide to Bikepacking The World” drawing features dozens of classic bucket list routes and rides around the globe. This incredibly detailed map will hang on one lucky Bikepacking Collective member’s wall, and is sure to provide endless wanderlust and inspiration…

Alex Hotchin has been drawing unique and creative travel maps ever since her first bike tour. Recently, she created The World by Bicycle, a map that intermingles notable touring routes, events, and races. Naturally, we were thrilled when she mentioned doing a bikepacking-specific version. “The Guide to Bikepacking The World” is her representation of all things bikepacking, presented in a beautiful and intricate hand-drawn map. The map includes tons of routes, both new and classic, as well as areas yet to be explored. A limited edition run was printed in Melbourne, Australia, consisting of 60 A3 and 30 A2 copies, each on archival Hahnemuehle 308 gsm photo rag paper, signed and numbered by the artist.

We have one of the larger A2 prints—59.4 x 42cm (23.4 x 16.5″)—to give away. Check out the gallery below, and if you’re not already a member of The Bikepacking Collective, learn more and get signed up for your chance to own this print. As a thank you for supporting The Bikepacking Collective, we’ll select one lucky member to receive our signed copy of Alex’s new map.
