The Lazio Trail event is an adventure of 600 km from the Roman countryside to the Etruscan Sea via the most beautiful pilgrimage routes in Europe (Via Francigena), ancient Roman roads (Ancient Appian Way), breathtaking sceneries, endless valleys and mountain paths. Compulsory checkpoints are included along the route. The Lazio Trail has no time limit.

The route begins in Rome. The long track ends in Tarquinia, while the short track returns to its origin. The long track is 580 km and 13,200m of total ascent, while the shorter has a length of about 320 km and 5,000m of total ascent. Both tracks are on trails, dirt roads and paved roads.

There is a €50 registration fee, which will be returned at the venue minus €10 for administrative costs.
